Maryland Skiing and Snowboarding

Ski areas are in Western Maryland.

Deep Creek Lake Area offers dogsledding, downhill skiing, snow tubing, cross country skiing, ice fishing and snowshoeing.

WISP is Marylands only ski resort. It offers skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and snow making. There are 132 acres of ski terrain. The area has over a 100 inches of snow annually.
